Join Topher from Wildflower for a night celebrating community, ferments, locally sourced ingredients and divine beer.
This will be a four-course meal matched with beers, wine and a cider all made by Wildflower in Marrickville. This specific dinner is also to celebrate the release of Wildflower's Waratah 2018, a beer made entirely of NSW ingredients.
In Topher's words: "Waratah 2018 is an agrarian beer, a product of the harvest conditions of each of the inputs. The recipe was built on what was grown here not on what we could order from international malthouses and hop fields. It’s also a celebration of friendship, of the growth of an industry and the continuation of the good fight of buying, living and brewing local."
These are all things we hold dear at Paperbark, and we are thrilled to be working together for this dinner. It will be here on Tuesday the 13th of November, from 7 pm. Tickets include drinks pairing and are $100 per person, with early bird tickets available at $85 until Thursday the 5th of November.
