What's life without a little luxury?

Truffle hunter extraordinaire Jane Austen from Hartley Truffles will be joining us on Tuesday, August 28th at 7pm for a plant-based meal celebrating all things truffle.

The Five Course meal is $100 per head with matching drinks available for $80, or order as you wish from our cocktail and wine list.

Hartley Truffles are grown in the Blue Mountains where the cold winters and the warm summers are perfect conditions for growing the Perigord Black truffle, Tuber melanosporum.

Fresh Truffles are harvested with Jane's trusted dogs Maggie and Koko in the winter (June to August). During these months Jane gets to work naturally infusing salt from ancient Australian seabeds with fresh truffle.
