Pinot! Pinot! Pinot! De Salis Dinner

Loretta, Charlie, Mitch, Ben and a lovely pack of dogs make up De Salis, a family ran winery located on Mt Canobolas in the cool-climate region of Orange, NSW. By focusing on minimalist winemaking, and using only low preservative adds, they like to challenge the industrial wine culture. The result is a rare purity of flavour that changes to reflect each vintage.

For those who have joined a dinner with De Salis and Alfie's Kitchen, you know what you are in for. This time we will be at Paperbark, where the De Salis team will talk you through their new exquisite wines, including the new Pinot Noir release, matched to a five-course meal. 

This dinner will be held on Sunday the 7th of October, from 6pm. Tickets include wine and are $150 per person.
